For faster support, include your device model, iOS version, Moss app version, what you were trying to do, and any screenshot or error message that explains the issue. You never need to send us your health data or your app usage; they stay on your device.

Subscriptions

Moss Undergrowth subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. You can manage, cancel, or request refunds through your Apple Account and App Store subscription settings. We can still help investigate entitlement or restore-purchase problems.
